Digital Products

MJC Innovations sells downloadable digital products. Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, purchases of digital products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once the files have been accessed or downloaded.

Please review the product description, features, and software requirements carefully before completing your purchase.

Problems With Your Purchase

We want you to be satisfied with your MJC Innovations product. If you experience a problem downloading your files, receive an incorrect or defective file, or have another issue with your purchase, please contact us so we can help resolve the problem.

When contacting us, please include your order number, the product name, and a brief description of the issue.

Duplicate or Accidental Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us. Duplicate purchases may be eligible for a refund after the order details have been reviewed.

Software Compatibility

Software requirements are identified on individual product pages. Some MJC Innovations products, including Home Manager Pro, are specifically designed for Microsoft Excel and may not function correctly in Google Sheets or other spreadsheet applications.

A refund generally will not be provided when a product's stated software requirements were not met.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered when there is a technical problem with the purchased files that MJC Innovations is unable to resolve, or when otherwise required by applicable law.
